One of the most frequent suggestions involves the addition of household adhesives to improve the "cheese pull" of the final product. According to those who have tried the method, the thicker consistency of the glue provides a chewier texture that standard mozzarella often lacks.

Some contributors even suggested that high-performance silicone or thicker wood glues could be used for a sturdier crust, though many noted that these can sometimes overpower the traditional flavor of the sauce.
